Just like breathing, eating and drinking, sleep is an essential component for the human body to function properly. Sleep is needed for our physical and mental well-being.
According to the NHS, one in three of us suffers from poor sleep, with stress, computers and taking work home often blamed. With millions suffering from sleep deprivation and extreme tiredness, and many of us, just feeling the impact of our busy lives, sleep is an essential component of body development and restitution. Being unable to get a decent night’s rest or suffering from a disrupted sleep pattern can leave us underperforming and unrested.
